Objective

Our Client was looking for a long term partner to coordinate, plan, execute and optimize omni-channel marketing campaigns.

What we delivered

We collaborated closely with our client to enhance customer communication across all four brands within the Group. To achieve this, we took charge of campaign execution management and service oversight. This effort led to heightened engagement and a more seamlessly integrated customer experience at every touchpoint: direct email marketing, SMS, push notifications, etc.

Our responsibilities encompassed a wide array of tasks critical to campaign development and successful launch. These included optimizing content, localizing copy, coding HTML, defining targets, configuring orchestration rules, setting up platforms, conducting tests, and activating campaigns. We maintained effective coordination with all stakeholders, with dedicated meetings focused on demand management and campaign planning. Our assistance extended to imparting operational best practices, while regular updates kept everyone informed about project progress and goals achievement, enabling early identification of potential challenges.

We efficiently handled over 70 campaigns on a weekly basis. These encompassed one-off email and push notification initiatives, spanning seven languages: English, German, French, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, and Italian.
