Objective

Our client needed all its multiple and diverse Brands / POS / Retail CRM systems data worldwide converged in a Unique Customer View program - based on the MapR Big Data platform.

What we delivered

We designed, developed and implemented the Unique Customer View program to centralise the outbound communication for all brands through DEM or SMS channels leveraging on the Oracle Responsys solution. More than 1000 commercial campaigns were released on a global scale covering EMEA, NAM, LATAM, Australia and New Zealand.

We also managed the migration of main brands on a unique customer database (MapR): a unique and central system to analyse customer data and to efficiently select targets to be transferred to Responsys for commercial campaigns.

Firstly, we initiated an in-depth assessment of the existing data scenario for each involved brand. Following the assessment, a seamless process of data migration and synchronisation was undertaken, ensuring a smooth transition of data from the previous systems to the new setup. Subsequently, an intensive phase of development and rigorous testing was carried out to guarantee the reliability and functionality of the systems before their full implementation.
