We provide customer support services in English, German, Italian and Croatian to numerous multinational clients, predominantly in the tourism and healthcare sectors. Our first Centre in Croatia was opened in Rijeka in 2012 and currently employs 150 agents, with a tendency to grow. In order to provide customer support to a global client, one of the largest online travel platforms in the world, we opened a centre in March 2019 in Zagreb, employing more than 255 agents in just a few months. We offer our employees the opportunity to constantly grow and thrive within the company, which is best reflected by the fact that all members of local management are employees who first came to the company as customer support agents.
