End to end Customer Experience management

We designed, developed and continue to optimise My Vodafone, an innovative self care and CRM app that quickly became a reference point for the market, not just for the Telco industry. Our aim was to deliver a mobile platform able to adapt to customer needs; one that offered an evolving number of features and services. On the backend, we relied on microservices architecture to take advantage of Cloud scalability.

Vodafone: Power to you

My Vodafone is the most used business app in Italy. To improve Customer Experience and gain more efficiency, we designed and developed the first version of the mobile virtual assistant, first in app Chatbot released in the telecoms market. My Vodafone was the catalyst for a remarkable cost reduction in Customer Operations, ensuring a quality experience and a careful and effective Customer Care service.
