Outcome

Breaking the car sharing boundaries

We developed the front and back end service platforms. The front end is dedicated to the end customer. The website serves as a communication tool while the mobile and smart watch app come into their own while users are on the move. At the back end there is a call centre and an operating room console that helps agents provide informative and operational support.
