An intranet designed around users

The intranet was redesigned with a focus on users and their needs. More than 1,500 financial promoters were involved in the process with several different user centred design surveys. The feedback enabled us to create a tailored platform that matched end users’ needs. The intranet is now a complete, accessible and easily edited solution, supplemented with a dashboard to assist operation.

Outcome

An extraordinary efficiency improvement

The editable contents have been linked with the operational tools, and each page has been conceived as an access point rather than a final page. The content reorganisation also allowed individual family bankers to save time in their daily activities. This important achievement consolidated the cooperation between us and Mediolanum, and led to the implementation of more than 30 other projects.
