Our approach

Agile, Waterfall and Scrum

The challenge was to offer to users a tool that would let them manage their supplies, even on the move. Managing consumption, self readings, online bill payment are just a few of the new features introduced. We have continued to develop features, adopting Agile, Waterfall and Scrum methodologies - chosen according to the requirements, implementation time and other suppliers’ involvement.

A multi-service utility app

Thanks to the tools we developed, Hera customers can now view and pay online bills and invoices, see their consumption and dedicated offers, manage their contracts and update meter self reading. If necessary, they can request assistance with a call me back feature.
