  • Enrico Donati

    Executive Management

    Function: Executive Chairman

    With a degree in sociology and postgraduate studies in HR, organisation and management, Enrico’s early career was primarily in management consulting. In 1995 he co-founded and was CEO of Butera & Partners, a successful management consulting company. In 2000, he backed and supported a digital tech start-up, Beeweeb, as a business angel and as an ‘executive coach’. Joining Assist in 2003, he led the company as CEO until becoming executive chairman at the beginning of 2018. Enrico has authored and co-authored several books and articles on organisational development, management and CRM. An avid reader and passionate about food and wine, Enrico loves travelling and meeting people from different cultures.

  • Francesca Gabrielli

    Executive Management

    Function: CEO

    Francesca has more than 20 years of experience in the CX field with specialisation in Design, Artificial Intelligence, CRM and Business Management. She got a Ph.D. in Human-Computer interaction and an Executive MBA at SDA Bocconi. In 2003 she co-founded a start-up focused on UX design and User research then acquired by Assist. Francesca believes passionately in helping companies adopt a vision of human-centric design to make services and experiences simple, beautiful and profitable. In 2018, she was selected among the Inspiring Fifty Women in Italy, considered the most influential in technology. Francesca is an avide reader, strongly passionate of what she does and the people she meets. She loves the sea, especially around Tuscany where she was born.

  • Franco Fradiani

    Executive Management

    Function: General Manager and CFO

    Franco has a degree in economics and is a certified chartered accountant. From 1990 to 2000 he worked for Telecom Italia in a variety of customer management roles. In 2001 he became service director for Alcatel e-BD, before joining Nextira One as client director and Almaviva group as operations director. In 2008 joined the Assist Digital group as CEO of DES Contact Solution (later integrated into Assist Digital) and is now general manager and CFO of Assist Digital. With two children, he is passionate about technology, loves sports, good food and a healthy lifestyle.

  • Manlio Costantini

    Executive Management

    Function: Executive Director & Head of International Business

    Manlio graduated from the University Luigi Bocconi (Milan) and he has 30 years of experience in large corporations with different roles and responsibilities (the last 15 years in C-Level roles). Skilled in Business & Financial Strategic planning, Customer Service, Marketing & Sales strategy & execution, Business Development, and People Management. He is into innovation and loves new challenges. Manlio joined the Board of Assist Digital in December 2020 as an executive board member mainly focused on supporting the company in the development of international business. Born in Trento, he has two children and a strong passion for motorbikes, tennis and travelling.
