Assist Digital consolidates its presence in France with the acquisition of Attoma

The interest in smart technologies is increasingly growing and affects all markets globally. France is investing heavily in the AI sector and in digital innovation. This has been made evident by the rise of several incubators, such as Station F, the largest in the world.

On March 11th and 12th, the VIII edition of the Big Data Congress was held in Paris, whose membership numbers (16,500 participants, 8.5% more than in 2018) further confirmed that the country has entered the era of the data driven economy. Several topics were addressed. In addition to machine learning, France looks up at wider artificial intelligence technologies such as deep learning and natural language processing (NLP). Not only big data, but also algorithms designed to support the introduction of virtual assistants based on conversational models.

In this context, Assist Digital, Italian company leader in Customer Experience and CRM 4.0 services, has acquired the majority of Attoma, a French agency specialized in User Research, Service and UX Design.
The agreement, which is contextualized in a pan-European expansion and strengthening project, will allow the Italian company to further develop its presence on the French territory, consolidating the supply of digital consulting and design services.
In France, Assist Digital is in fact already active in the areas of competence, including: Service & UX Design, UX Research, CRM and Digital Advisory, CRM & Marketing Automation, Technology Services & Software Development, A.I. and Smart Solutions, and Customer Management Services.

Thanks to this acquisition, Assist Digital therefore strengthens its service line dedicated to Service and UX Design, a component of fundamental importance in the construction of modern customer experiences and CRM 4.0 services, as the complexity of today’s digital and multichannel reality requires ever greater design capabilities to offer customers simple, effective and intuitive solutions.

The agreement therefore fosters the union between two realities that have already received support from the market. Assist Digital is a customer experience management company present in Italy, France, Germany, and the UK, with operational centers in Albania, Croatia and Tunisia, counting over 1,500 employees and a turnover that in 2019 will reach 100 million Euros.

Attoma has been operating in the French market for 20 years with a focus on Strategic Consulting, Digital Services and Product Design, aiming to guide clients in a digital transformation path: from identifying new opportunities and business needs to choosing the right tools and solutions.
