Assist Digital acquires IG Group UK Ltd to take advantage of the growing digital transformation sector
The acquisition reinforce Assist Digital competences in the digital transformation sector and is part of the company’s expansion and strengthening at European level
Assist Digital, Italian leader in Customer Experience and CRM 4.0 services, announces the acquisition of IG Group UK Ltd, a consulting company specialized in customer experience management and data analytics and this represents an important step forward in the company’s consolidation process in UK and Europe.
IG Group UK, an independent consultancy company with over 10 years of experience in the sector, is specialized in Customer Experience Best Practice, Contact Centers Platforms, WFM, Forecasting and Data Analytics. IG Group offer includes a range of complementary features, including a highly qualified data analysis department, business transformation expertise and a cutting-edge customer journey practice.
Assist Digital, already present in Italy, France, Germany, UK, with operations centers in Albania, Croatia and Tunisia, has over 1,500 employees and a turnover that in 2019 will reach 100 million euro. Thanks to the acquisition, it will leverage IG Group’s leading brands customer portfolio and will further strengthen its presence in the UK, consolidating the provision of consulting services and making its commercial proposal even more complete.

This latest acquisition follows closely on the heels of Assist Digital’s purchase of Attoma just a few weeks ago. Attoma is a French agency specialised in User Research, Service and UX Design.
